Matt Livermore
Managing Director

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of Red Flame Electrical, carrying out site visits / surveys / estimates takes up most of my time these days. It’s always nice to be ‘on the tools’ as much as possible and I thoroughly enjoy getting stuck in wherever I can. I spend my free time with family and am working towards obtaining my Private Pilot Licence at Welshpool airport.

Alex Powell
Qualified Supervisor

A long standing staff member, Alex recently took on the Qualified Supervisor role exceeding the ‘Senior Electrical Engineer’ role previously held. Which now means you’ll see his name signing off any approved documents, sign-off’s and Part P building control notifications! You’ll often find him scouring through a ‘regs book’ checking out the latest electrical regulations in his spare time! Alex lives local to Newtown and can often be spotted partaking in park runs all over Powys and beyond!

Becky Woosnam-Marsh
Office Administrator

Most likely the first voice you’ll hear when you call us – or the first email response you’ll have. Becky has been with Red Flame since 2022 and has settled into an office admin role extremely quickly. She is incredibly adept at ensuring our days are booked efficiently and our calendars remain well organised! Liasing with customers and clients alike, a friendly voice is a welcome start for anyone contacting us.

Will Marsh
Qualified Electrician

Having started his electrical career early on, Will has settled into the company quickly and is already more than comfortable tackling some of the larger tasks set for him. A dab hand at EICR’s, Will is keen to learn some of the other skills we use within the company such as door access, CCTV, networking etc. Always happy to put in the extra shift when needed, and when not working – will probably be tinkering with his banger car in readiness for the upcoming Banger Racing!

Aaron Constantine
Qualified Electrician

Aaron has had a large and varied career in electrical / mechanical work. His broad knowledge of all aspects of M&E work is valued highly, and is always happy to further his knowledge and capabilities – even if it strays from the electrical side of things from time to time! Aaron happy to put the miles in, living in the hills he’s our ‘remote call out’ guy for those customers in the middle of nowhere on a weekend!

Ian Downey
Apprentice Electrician

Ian joined the team in 2024 and has settled right in. He is currently undertaking an apprenticeship course in Newtown college. He spends one day a week in class – but the other four are with one of our fully qualified electricians on site. He feels that learning the job while doing is incredibly beneficial and loves to be hands on as he feels that is the best way of learning. All staff here are very pleased with Ian’s progress and he is moulding into an outstanding staff member. We’re pleased to be able to train up our staff from an early level to get the very best for them.
